Launched in 2010, VOICE is a youth-focused project dedicated to helping young people overcome personal and social challenges they may be facing, founded on the belief that every VOICE needs to be heard.
We provide a unique referral system with one-to-one mentoring and tailored signposting, ensuring every young person receives the right support. Our 24-hour helpline offers immediate advice and emotional support for young people and concerned parents.
Through community outreach and awareness programmes, we empower parents with the knowledge and resources to protect and support their children.

We have a dedicated team of volunteers whose role is to engage with young people and build positive, trusting relationships. We also have a team of Designated Safeguarding Officers (DSOs) who work closely with parents and young people, managing all referrals to ensure the right support is provided.
Our senior team brings a combined experience working with young people, including backgrounds in social work, education, safeguarding, fostering, and counselling. Each member contributes significant time and expertise every week to support our projects and the young people we serve. Since our launch, VOICE has supported over 500 young people.
